Chattanooga Trip

For ELL field trip this year we went to Chattanooga, which is only about one and a half hour away from Bell Buckle. Similar to last year, we got to miss one whole day of classes to go on a fun trip and learn about that place. However, different from last year, this time I had much more fun! I mean, last year was great and all, but nothing can top that aquarium. This is how it all started. We woke up earlier than usual because we have to leave earlier due to the time difference. Chattanooga is one hour ahead of Bell Buckle so we had to leave early. We had some breakfast and rush to the bus. Like I said, it was an hour and a half drive, which I slept trough completely. We got there with full energy and excitement; Chattanooga is a beautiful city with amazing architecture. When Mr. and Mrs. B got the tickets we were good to go. In the first building the first thing we saw was penguins, they were so cute! They would follow Hannah's hand around thinking she has food, which was kind of funny. There was some amazing jellyfish too. My favorite out of all was the jellyfish they were beautiful! They light up, and just swim around like no one was there. The pictures of them turned out the best. Moving to the next building, we saw the Tennessee river and also Baylor (BOOOO). The second building contain a huge range of animals, we touched some snakes and fishes, which was a big step for me, cause I HATE SNAKES!!!! After the aquarium we ate and moved on the next sight: Duck Boat. Duck Boats can drive on land and water, which was pretty cool. The man who toured us was very funny and nice. He even let us drive! He told us a lot about the history of Chattanooga (Rock Point), about the name, they rich families, and the Coca cola. After that, our last stop was Ben&Jerry's which was amazing! The whole trip was amazing! I had a great time, but sad that I would be they’re for the next one.
